Are you licensed and insured?
Yes, Lee Yang Decoration is a government-registered company with $5 million liability insurance, permit-ready qualifications, and we can provide COI (Certificate of Insurance) upon request.
How long does a renovation take?
Timeline depends on project scope. Bathroom remodel: 7-14 days. Kitchen renovation: 10-21 days. Basement finishing: 3-6 weeks. Full home renovation: 4-8 weeks. We provide accurate timelines during the estimate.
What are your payment terms?
We typically use milestone-based payments: a deposit at signing, progress payments at key milestones during construction, and final payment upon completion and inspection. Specific ratios are agreed upon based on project scope.
Can you help with building permits?
Yes, we are qualified to apply for all types of building permits. For projects requiring permits, we handle the application process to ensure full code compliance.
My condo building requires a COI. Can you provide one?
Yes, we can provide a COI (Certificate of Insurance) for your building management. Just let us know and we will issue it promptly.
Do you offer a warranty after completion?
Yes, all projects come with a post-completion warranty. If any workmanship issues arise during the warranty period, we will address them at no additional cost.
Do your quotes include materials?
We offer two options: labor and materials combined, or labor only. Our itemized quotes clearly list every cost, ensuring complete transparency with no hidden fees.
